Hi,
Right at the beginning of the episode (after the title sequence) there's some fairly staccato sounding background music that reminds me of the original E7 first opening (Days). I was wondering if anyone knew if it was just some incidental music or another arrangement of Days that is available on one of the OSTs or something.
It can also be heard in the last minute and a half of the previous episode (21: World to World).

At the beginning where Elena is on top of the Nirvash? That's a good question actually... I cant find it anywhere on the OPs, EDs, or the OSTs. I know there's a remix of Days in one of the OPs, but it's not it. I dug through all the songs I got and I can't find it either. Closest I can say I got to it is the last track on the 2nd OST, but thats not it either. Odd that it's not in any of the albums.
Maybe someone else knows.
Yeah, when Elena is on top of the Nirvash (or maybe more accurately the Quartz Gun).
It seems like it might be on this album (the second opening single, which I found via this forum as well as a post on myanimelist.net; also on amazon). Which is probably what is in this youtube video. Does that fit what you were thinking?
I've got that album sitting in my downloads folder. First track is Brave blue, the second track is something different (which isnt even on AO for some reason), and the third track is the Days remix (which is the song you linked to, which is what I mentioned above about Days, but that's not the song you want :(). You can try asking on this forum and seeing if they may know, which actually may be the best course of action. They're pretty knowledgable about that stuff, at least those who are still active anyways.
From what I can tell, it's not on OP, OP2, Insert Songs, OST 1 or OST 2 (I've got all the albums from AO downloaded as far as I know). Went and blazed through them all to make sure I wasn't missing anything, and I can't believe it's not on any of them. The closest is that last song on OST 2 (like I mentioned above). I can double check again tomorrow and see if I'm missing an album, or it's in the middle of a track and I just skipped over that part.
Thanks for all the digging, there's no rush (I finally finished AO, which I hadn't even heard about until just recently). I might try where you suggested. Thanks for all the pointers.
Yeah, I've had no luck in finding it yet. Unless there's a complete collection OST for AO lying around somewhere, then I'm not sure.
